This year’s Hotel Operations Weekend (HOW) festival takes place from November 15 to 17 in Zadar.
The HOW conference will bring together over 500 participants from the hotel industry with professional experience in hotel management and managing different hotel departments.
The goal of the conference is to help hoteliers gain useful knowledge and practical advice on how to improve their competitive advantage, with a focus on innovation, sustainability and diversity.
Within the program, ISTRA TECH will sponsor a panel on the topic of Concierge services in the hospitality (“From ordinary to extraordinary: redefining hospitality with Concierge services”) and present IT solutions for efficient hotel and catering management.
