The largest annual gathering of hotel management professionals takes place at the beginning of December, focusing on current trends, challenges and innovations in the industry.
The 27th Congress of hoteliers is dedicated to key topics for the development of Croatian hospitality – the transformation and growth of the sector, digital evolution of hotels, innovations in F&B, sustainability, human resources, and the future of the MICE segment.
As the main sponsor, ISTRA TECH will present its MISH modules for hotel and catering management and support the Congress’s comprehensive two-day program.
On the first day, ISTRA TECH CEO Davor Brenko will participate in a 1-on-1 conversation on the topic: “Digital Evolution of Hotels: From Automation to Personalization” together with PhD, Vedran Zubović from the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija. On the second day, Davor Brenko will be a panelist on the panel: “Seamless Hospitality: Integrating Tech, Data and People”. He will be joined by Dragan Šimac (CEO of Analitix AI), Antonio Morales (Director of Travel Suppliers, Bavel Travel / Voxel) and PhD, Vedran Zubović as moderator.
The 27th Congress of hoteliers will host over 40 domestic and international speakers, including representatives from leading hotel groups, consulting firms, and international institutions. During the Congress, visitors will have the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies and solutions that enhance hotel and hospitality operations, along with networking and exchanging experiences with industry colleagues.
