The leading regional hotel operations conference, HOW Festival, celebrates its 10th anniversary from October 28 to 30 in Novi Vinodolski, where ISTRA TECH is presenting advanced software and AI solutions for hospitality.
The 10th anniversary edition of the HOW Festival (Hotel Operations Weekend) brings together experts and professionals from the hotel industry under the slogan “Lead. Innovate. Repeat.”. The three-day program offers a rich selection of educational lectures, panels, and workshops focused on enhancing daily hotel operations and implementing new technologies.
At its exhibition booth, ISTRA TECH is presenting the comprehensive MISH system, featuring modules tailored to various hotel departments. A special focus is placed on new AI solutions designed to optimize operational tasks, reduce staff workload, and elevate service quality for guests.
As part of the program, Andrija Birtić, Head of the AI Department at ISTRA TECH, will hold a practical workshop dedicated to the MISH SentimentAI application. The workshop will demonstrate how advanced sentiment analysis of guest feedback from social media and digital channels provides actionable guidelines for improving services, boosting reputation, and increasing guest satisfaction.
