The most important annual gathering of hoteliers takes place from November 10 to 12 in Poreč, where ISTRA TECH, as the main sponsor, presents its advanced software and AI solutions.
The Association of Employers in Croatian Hospitality (UPUHH) is organizing the 28th Congress of hoteliers – powered by Istratech, which will be held at the newly opened Pical Resort 5* (Valamar Collection) in Poreč. This traditional central gathering of leading figures in hospitality brings this year a rich three-day program dedicated to key sector development topics and the future of Croatian tourism.
At the exhibition space, ISTRA TECH will present the comprehensive MISH system with modular solutions tailored to all departments of accommodation facilities, with a special emphasis on the latest AI tools that optimize daily operations and elevate guest service quality, such as the Temi digital assistant, MISH chatbot, smart travel document scanner, and the MISH SentimentAI application.
As part of the conference program, ISTRA TECH CEO Davor Brenko will actively participate through a presentation and a panel discussion. On Wednesday, November 11, he will deliver a presentation titled “Beyond digital: from smart technology to smarter business”, while on Thursday, November 12, he will participate as a panelist on the topic “AI & hospitality: from promise to real impact”. Together with Roberto Gobo (Director of Digital Strategy and Technology at Valamar Riviera) and moderator Associate Professor Tomislav Car, PhD (Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija), he will discuss transitioning from AI theory to concrete application and real-world impact in hotel operations.
Along with presentations and panel discussions, the program also includes the scientific and professional conference Hotelska kuća, the Best Hotel Manager of 2026 award ceremony, and a rich networking program for connecting with industry partners.
