This year’s congress of hoteliers will gather key European experts from the hotel industry on November 28 and 29.
After the turbulent period marked by the pandemic and last year’s significant return of competition, the key drivers of tourism development are investments and sustainability, as well as qualified labor. In accordance with the mentioned challenges, the congress program includes a series of lectures and panel discussions on topics such as how to encourage investments in sustainability and the future of education in tourism.
Numerous experts and leaders from leading hotels will share their experiences, while ISTRA TECH will present business solutions that have been helping to maintain the competitiveness of domestic companies for many years, thereby also contributing to Croatian tourism.
An inevitable topic is certainly the increasing representation of artificial intelligence, therefore CEO Davor Brenko will deliver a presentation “What does AI bring to hoteliers, opportunity and/or danger?” and participate in a panel discussion on the potential of artificial intelligence in hospitality and the digital future of tourism.
The participants will also have the opportunity to join in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the organizer responsible for this significant event – the Association of Entrepreneurs in the Hotel Industry of Croatia (AECH) and the awarding for the best hotel manager in Croatia.
